Stoke City 1-2 Bolton
The Ginger Ninja bagged our goal early on from a Tuncay assist but Matt Taylor got two late goals (one a disputed free kick) to give Bolton three points. James Beattie made a subs appearance, his first since earlier this year although I’d still think he will leave in the summer, along with Tuncay who doesn’t like being subbed and may well want a club who will guarantee him a start every game. Hopefully I am proved wrong but he seems set for the exit door. Hopefully Sonko (currently on loan at Hull and doing his best to get them relegated), Andy Griffin, Tom Soares and Steve Simeonson (he’s been a great player for us but we have Bergovic now) will be off as well.
Well done to Norwich, Notts County and Rochdale who all got promoted today but sad to see Darlington leave the league.
