Stoke start away at Wolves
Our first away game of the 2010/11 season is away at Wolves, followed by Spurs at home. Last game of the season is Wigan at home. Bring it on!
Transfer action is slow as ever at Stoke although Steve Simenson could be joining Sheff Utd and Reading look like first choice to sign Andy Griffin. James Beattie has been touted as a part exchang to land Newcastle’s Andy Carroll, seems unlikely as Carroll has gone on record he wants to stay at his home town club. Still no movement on Liam Lawrence to Celtic.
Incoming could be Cardiff’s Joe Ledley who we have been linked to for ages now. The Carlton Cole rumour seems to have gone although what price Emile Heskey joining us before the new season?
